ku908 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and ku908 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "ku908") governing your access to and use of the ku908 online betting and gaming platform available at ku908.io. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on ku908, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after investigation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

ku908 primarily serves players residing in Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. ku908 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its primary operating market.

3.3 Employees and Associates

Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of ku908 or any of its affiliated companies, technology partners, or game providers are not permitted to hold an active betting account or participate in any promotional offer on the Platform.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the ku908 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. ku908 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or bonuses associated with them.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, current, and complete information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ku908 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or bonus funds are released:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, or bank account registered in your name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

4.4 Account Security

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ku908 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and direct bank transfer to selected partner banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. ku908 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and Account tier. ku908 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within one to four hours during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. ku908 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ku908 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Member.

5.5 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. ku908 may request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New ku908 Members are eligible to receive a matched deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as real money.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by ku908 are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered at minimum ten (10) times before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling wagering requirements, as set out in the specific promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion will be removed from your Account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions

ku908 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or placing bets that violate the spirit of a promotion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

6.5 Seasonal Promotions

ku908 may offer seasonal reload bonuses and special promotions timed around BPL match days, IPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC tournaments. Each seasonal promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is launched.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the ku908 Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selection, stake, and any applicable odds before confirming a bet. ku908 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed by the system.

7.2 Void Bets

ku908 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including cases where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's Account. ku908 will not be obligated to pay winnings calculated from erroneous odds.

7.3 Abandoned or Postponed Events

In the event that a sports fixture is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after wagering has commenced, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to the relevant event type. These rules are available within the ku908 sports betting section.

7.4 System Errors

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or interruption affecting the resolution of a bet or game, ku908 will investigate the circumstances and apply the resolution it deems most equitable. ku908's decision in these matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku908 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies using ku908 bonus funds.
• Providing false identification or impersonating another individual.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on your own behalf using funds belonging to a third party without their knowledge and consent.
• Communicating offensive, threatening, or abusive content to ku908 staff or other Members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ku908 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of ku908 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the ku908 Platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ku908 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Privacy & Data

ku908 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at ku908.io/privacy-policy.

ku908 applies 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform pages and transactions. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfil legal and operational obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku908 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.

ku908 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. ku908 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ku908 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ku908 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal balance to your registered payment method before closing the Account.

12.2 Termination by ku908

ku908 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false registration information, or prolonged account inactivity.

12.3 Self-Exclusion

Members may request self-exclusion from the ku908 Platform at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion options range from a temporary cooling-off period to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, ku908 will endeavour to prevent the excluded Member from accessing the Platform, though ku908 cannot guarantee that access will be prevented through all means. Members who self-exclude should also consider contacting relevant problem gambling support organisations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ku908 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the email address registered to your Account and/or through a notice displayed on the Platform. Amendments take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at ku908.io/terms-conditions, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ku908 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the Platform, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to ku908's operating territory.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any translated version.
